ჯოკერი არის ქართული კარტის თამაში. ვინახავთ მხოლოდ იმას, რაც თამაშს სჭირდება.
თუ აპლიკაციაში შეცდომა მოხდა, აპლიკაცია გვიგზავნის შეცდომის ტექსტს, კოდში მის ადგილს, აპლიკაციის ვერსიას და Android-ისა და ბრაუზერის ვერსიას. ეს შენს ანგარიშს არ უკავშირდება და 90 დღის შემდეგ იშლება.
მაგიდის ჩატის შეტყობინებები მხოლოდ იმ მაგიდის მოთამაშეებს გადაეცემა და სერვერზე არ ინახება. გამონაკლისი: თუ მოთამაშეზე საჩივარს გამოგზავნი, იმ მაგიდის ბოლო შეტყობინებები (ვინ რა დაწერა) შესამოწმებლად ინახება 90 დღე. ასევე ვინახავთ, ვინ დაბლოკე, რომ მისი შეტყობინებები აღარ მოგივიდეს. ჩატისა და სახელების წესები: მომსახურების პირობები.

შესვლა ნებაყოფლობითია და საჭიროა მხოლოდ იმისთვის, რომ პროგრესი ახალ ტელეფონზე გადაიტანო ან იმავე ანგარიშით კომპიუტერზეც ითამაშო. საიტზე შესვლის ღილაკი Google-ის ან Facebook-ის საკუთარ გვერდზე გადაგიყვანს და უკან დაგაბრუნებს. შესვლისას ვიღებთ ერთჯერად ნიშანს, ვამოწმებთ Google-თან ან Meta-სთან და ვინახავთ მხოლოდ ანგარიშის ნომერს. Facebook-იდან ვითხოვთ მხოლოდ საჯარო პროფილს: შენს მეგობრებს ვერ ვხედავთ და შენი სახელით ვერაფერს ვაქვეყნებთ.
მონაცემები ინახება ჩვენს სერვერზე ევროკავშირში (გერმანია) და გადაიცემა დაშიფრულად. მონაცემებს არ ვყიდით და არავის ვუზიარებთ. შესვლისას Google და Meta საკუთარი წესებით ამუშავებენ შესვლის მონაცემებს.
სათამაშო ჩიპებს ფულადი ღირებულება არ აქვს: მათი გატანა ან ფულზე გაცვლა შეუძლებელია. თუ თამაშში რეკლამა ან შესყიდვები დაემატება, ეს პოლიტიკა მანამდე განახლდება.
ანგარიშის და ყველა მონაცემის წაშლა შეგიძლია ნებისმიერ დროს: პროფილი → ანგარიშის წაშლა. წაშლა მაშინვე ხდება. სტუმრის ანგარიში დაკავშირებული შესვლის გარეშე, რომელიც 12 თვე არ გამოიყენება, ავტომატურად იშლება. დეტალები: ანგარიშის წაშლა.
თამაში ბავშვებისთვის არ არის განკუთვნილი და 13 წლამდე ბავშვების მონაცემებს შეგნებულად არ ვაგროვებთ.

Joker (ჯოკერი) is a Georgian card game. We keep only what the game needs.
When something goes wrong in the app, it sends us the error message, where in the code it happened, the app version and the Android and browser versions. This is not linked to your account and is deleted after 90 days.
Table chat messages go only to the players at that table and are not stored on our server. The exception: when you report a player, that table's recent messages (who wrote what) are kept for review for 90 days. We also keep who you blocked, so their messages no longer reach you. Your phone number, location, contacts, photos or advertising ID.
Signing in is optional and only needed to carry your progress to a new phone or to play the same account on a computer. On the website, Log in takes you to Google's or Facebook's own sign-in page, which sends you back. When you sign in we receive a one-time token, check it with Google or Meta and keep only the account ID number. From Facebook we request only your public profile: we cannot see your friends or post anything as you.
Data is stored on our server in the European Union (Germany) and sent encrypted. We do not sell or share your data. When you sign in, Google and Meta handle the sign-in under their own policies.
Play chips have no money value and cannot be cashed out or exchanged. If ads or purchases are added to the game, this policy will be updated before they go live.
You can delete your account and all its data at any time: Profile → Delete account. Deletion is immediate. Guest accounts with no linked sign-in are deleted automatically after 12 months without use. Details: delete your account.
The game is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
