ანგარიშის და მონაცემების წაშლა

თამაშიდან (მაშინვე)

1. გახსენი ჯოკერი და შედი პროფილში.
2. დააჭირე ანგარიშის წაშლა, შემდეგ სამუდამოდ წაშლა.

მაშინვე იშლება: ჩიპები და მათი ისტორია, რეიტინგი, დონე, ნივთები, დღის გამოწვევის ქულები, სახელი და დაკავშირებული Google ან Facebook ანგარიში. არაფერი რჩება.

თუ თამაში აღარ გაქვს

• დააყენე თამაში ხელახლა, შედი იმავე Google ან Facebook ანგარიშით (პროფილი → დაკავშირება) და წაშალე ზემოთ აღწერილი გზით, ან
• მოგვწერე support@jokerx.app და მიუთითე, რომელი ანგარიშით (Google თუ Facebook) შედიოდი. წავშლით 30 დღის განმავლობაში.

თუ შესვლა არასდროს დაგიკავშირებია, ანგარიშზე წვდომა მხოლოდ შენს ტელეფონს ჰქონდა. ასეთი ანგარიში, რომელიც 12 თვე არ გამოიყენება, ავტომატურად იშლება.

Delete your account and data

In the game (immediate)

1. Open Joker and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete account, then Delete forever.

Deleted at once: chips and their history, rating, level, items, daily challenge scores, nickname and the linked Google or Facebook account. Nothing is kept.

If you no longer have the game

• Reinstall it, sign in with the same Google or Facebook account (Profile → Link) and delete as above, or
• Email support@jokerx.app saying which sign-in (Google or Facebook) you used. We delete within 30 days.

If you never linked a sign-in, only your phone could reach the account. Such accounts are deleted automatically after 12 months without use.
